When facing scenarios where customers utilize alternative payment methods such as Uber Eats and other third-party delivery platforms, which do not directly integrate transactions into the POS system, it is essential to accurately account for these orders in Peppr.

To ensure proper tracking and reporting of combined sales, you need to do as follows:

a. Set in dashboard

You can navigate to Payment > Payment Methods > ➕New payment mode, and configure your payment mode for the Peppr POS system.

b. Operate on POS

① You can choose the Payment method

② Click Done when finished
