Tax exempt

Due to varying sales tax regulations across states and regions in the US, restaurants may offer tax exemptions at checkout. This can be caused by different tax rates, tax-free shopping areas, specific exemptions for certain food services, and tax-free holidays.

In the event that tax-exempt menus or menu items need to be created, you can do so in Peppr.

 ① Tap the ┇ button in the upper right corner of the order bar on the left and select Tax exempt

② Enter the Tax exempt No. and click Confirm to perform the tax exempt operation.
